Learn it. Practice it. Then talk with a real person.

  1. Learn one idea at a time

Lessons take four to six minutes and teach one idea each. Every lesson shows how it might sound with a friend, then checks what stuck with a short quiz.

  2. Practice with an AI character

Talk it through with someone who sees the world differently: a thoughtful atheist, a devout Catholic, a conservative Muslim and others. They are AI characters, and they push back and ask follow-up questions the way real people do.

  3. Get coached, then go

AI coaching replays the practice with you, using your own words. Then you have the real conversation with a friend, and log how it went.

Hear how it might sound with a friend.

Every lesson has a Conversation Lab. Their side is on the left: what they may mean. Your side is on the right: what to avoid, what to try, and a question to ask next.

From the First Conversations lesson “Christians Are Hypocrites”
What they may mean

They have someone in mind. There is a real wound here, almost always.

Don't say

Yeah but no one is perfect. Don't throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Try saying

You are right. Christians are often hypocrites, including me sometimes. The Bible itself is the toughest book ever written on Christian hypocrisy.

Then ask

Is there someone specific you have in mind? I would actually want to hear that.

Coaching after every practice conversation.

After your sixth reply the conversation wraps up, and coaching rates four skills: listening, asking questions, staying calm and explaining clearly.

  • Replayed in your own wordsCoaching quotes your replies back to you: the moments that kept the conversation open, and the moments it slipped.
  • What you could have saidFor the moment that mattered most, a better reply to use next time, and a passage to keep in mind.
  • Custom to every conversationAI writes each review fresh for the conversation you just had. Like any coach it can miss something, so weigh it against Scripture.

Also in Nosa

  • Ask AIAsk a question the moment it comes up. Answers follow Nosa's settled theology, stay inside strict guardrails, and point you to the lesson that goes deeper. It's AI, so check what matters against Scripture.
  • My peopleKeep a list of the people you are talking with and praying for, by first name only. With Pro, practice with an AI partner before a real conversation with one of them.
  • ReviewIdeas come back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, so they stay with you.
  • Glossary99 terms, from the Kalam argument to the Euthyphro dilemma, unlocked as you learn.
  • Search and SavedSearch every lesson, term and Scripture reference. Save anything you want to reread before a real conversation.
  • A streak with a rest dayKeep a daily streak with one rest day a week. Rest is holy, so your rest day never breaks it.

Seven tracks, 98 lessons.

Start with the everyday things people say, then go as deep as you want. Every lesson also has an Expert reading with primary sources, included in Pro.
